ChillFlight is a game for entertainment. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Not For Real Flight

This is not a training device and not a navigation tool. Aircraft behaviour is simplified. Terrain, airport and air-traffic data may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Never use anything shown here to plan, brief or conduct a real flight.

Acceptable Use

• Do not overload, scrape aggressively or attack the site or its API routes.
• Do not try to bypass rate limits or security measures.
• Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Intellectual Property

The code and artwork of the simulator belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Third-party data and software keep their own licences, listed on the credits page. All rights in the code and artwork of the simulator are reserved.

No Warranty, Limited Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may change or go offline at any time. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
